Payment Authorization

I. One-Time Payment Authorization

By clicking “Authorize Payment,” you authorize Critical Member LLC dba Source Carbon (“Source”) to initiate an electronic payment in the amount specified from the account indicated, or a credit card charge to the card indicated. You acknowledge and agree that you have the authority to authorize this One-Time Payment. One-Time Payments cannot be revised or cancelled. You further acknowledge and agree that this One-Time Payment Authorization is subject to the Account Agreement, Site Terms & Conditions, and General Payment Terms & Conditions to which you previously agreed.

II. Recurring Payment Authorization

By clicking “Authorize Recurring Payment” you authorize Critical Member LLC dba Source Carbon (“Source”) to initiate recurring electronic payments from the account indicated or recurring credit card charges to the credit card provided (either, a “Recurring Payment”). Source will initiate Recurring Payments as previously agreed. You acknowledge and agree that you have the authority to authorize these Recurring Payments.

You may terminate this Recurring Payment Authorization up to fifteen (15) days prior to the date of a scheduled Recurring Payment by calling (646) 347-4599; by writing us at Source Carbon, 1740 Broadway 15th FL, New York, NY 10019, and specifying which Recurring Payment Authorization you would like to terminate; or by modifying or terminating a Recurring Payment Authorization through the Client Portal. Any request to terminate an existing Recurring Payment Authorization must be received at least fifteen (15) business days before the date of any scheduled Recurring Payment. Termination of any Recurring Payment authorization does not relieve you of your obligations to Source, and Recurring Payments cancelled within fifteen (15) business days of the date of a scheduled Recurring Payment will still be charged.

You acknowledge and agree that this Recurring Payment Authorization is subject to the Account Agreement, Site Terms & Conditions and General Payment Terms & Conditions to which you previously agreed.
